It maximizes the amount of oxygen in your bloodstream. Aerobic exercises may help reduce the risk of coronary artery disease, reduced the risk of high blood pressure, regulate blood sugar, reduce the risk of stroke by increasing the concentration of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), the good cholesterol, and lowering the concentration of low-density lipoprotein (LDL),the bad cholesterol, in your blood.
